Also, recognized as a ‘Gold Medallion’ home by San Diego Gas & Electric at the time, this home has a very unique history to go along with its trailblazing design. Recent work has included rebuilding the front deck and stairway, a number of kitchen improvements including counters and backsplash, cabinetry refacing, new appliances and low-maintenance landscaping.
