Not only did they find us the perfect property, but they pursued this deal when circumstances seemed to suggest it would never come to fruition. Karen and Piper are, hands down, the best real estate agents I have ever worked with, and I've worked with quite a few over the years. First, they are simply delightful people to work with, very nice/friendly, accommodating, flexible, helpful in answering questions, resolving issues, following up on concerns, extremely responsive (both by email and phone), etc. Second, they have a great deal of knowledge and experience regarding the Laguna Beach real estate market, and all the little details of what makes certain areas more or less attractive. Third, they were always honest and straightforward with us at every step of the process, pointing out issues at prospective houses and steering us away from one property (due to an issue identified on inspection) that we had made an offer on even though it would have been in their financial interests for us to complete the purchase. Fourth, they truly understood what we were looking for, and did not waste our time suggesting we look at properties that they knew wouldn't meet our (picky) requirements. In fact, they were also instrumental in helping us to finally identify a property that checked all of our boxes, and getting us comfortable that the property would fit our needs by checking with contractors that we could make the changes we needed to make, confirming dimensions of certain spaces, etc. Finally, even after the closing on our new house was long over, they have continued to help us out, by recommending service providers to help with issues, and even working with plumbers/handymen and others when we were out of town to fix a problem. I would heartily recommend them to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

These ladies are absolutely phenomenal! I bought my first home a few months ago and my experience was great. Karen and Piper are very responsive, helpful, efficient, and tenacious. There is not one single complaint I have, and I strongly recommend them. They are a fabulous team and really care about their clients. I always felt like I was their only client which is pretty amazing. The home I ended up purchasing is a condo and I had a lot of questions about the HOA, etc. especially since this was my first home.  Although the management company was less than helpful, Karen and Piper got the answers I needed to feel comfortable with the transaction.
